Chris is no stranger to real estate. He grew up in the business alongside his mother and father, both real estate Brokers. Chris is a 2003 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Western State College in Gunnison, Colorado. After graduation Chris moved back to Ulysses, Kansas to pursue a prosperous real estate career with his father Mark.
Chris specializes in both Agricultural and Residential real estate and is also a trained auctioneer. He enjoys the uniques challenges associated with agricultural sales and marketing. He also enjoys the gleam in the eye of a first-time homebuyer when they find the right place. Chris loves to share his knowledge with his customers and add value to their real estate sale/purchase experience.
Chris recently spent 2 years with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Fort Worth, Texas honing his residential skills and exposing himself to new technologies and marketing strategies. He is eager, to say the least, to share these with his home-town community.
